In all units, it is possible to rent a parking space. Here are the costs in old Quebec:
150$ per month for indoor or outdoor parking, 24 hours a day.
90$ per month for evening and weekend parking: Between 3pm and 9am in the evening and unlimited from Friday 3pm to Monday 9am. It is impossible to park between 9am and 3pm during the day during the week.

Isabelle's place was amazing for a 3 months' stay. The apartment had everything needed to feel at home and to have a very comfortable stay. Communication with Isabelle was super easy and she was extremely responsive to requests or questions. The location was great, even though it was in the touristy area (Old Quebec), in the Haute Ville, which is less tourists transit. The windows provided an amazing noise isolation. I could walk to the supermarkets, shops, restaurants, parks, nice close neighbourhoods. I fell in love with Quebec City, staying right in the Old Quebec is the perfect decision to live the dream of fully experiencing French Canadian Culture. Will for sure look at Isabelle's listing when I'm back ♥

My stay at Isabelle place has been wonderful. She was an amazing host and extremely helpful. The place is perfectly located in old town, you can go everywhere you want in the city by bus and you can reach old town easily by walking. The house was very clean and soundproof, room is very cozy and you will feel like home in there. Do not hesitate, Isabelle is the best host!

Un studio avec tout qu’on a besoin. L’endroit est formidable! Dans le Vieux-Québec, près de plusieurs endroits touristiques et aussi épiceries, supermarchés, de la maison de la littérature pour bien lire et étudier. Très proche aussi du Château Frontenac, musées, parcs, arrêts d’autobus... Isabelle était toujours disponible pour nous aider.

A lovely modern appartment close to everything in Old Town. As it is just off the main tourist streets so is quiet quiet. Nice and clean.

Excellent location! This is a semi-basement in an old building, so it stayed cool during the hot summer days. Since I had issues with the Wi-Fi at the beginning, Isabelle provided me with access to a second wi-fi. She is an excellent host who responded promptly to all of my messages.

Location, Location! This little flat is perfect for solo travelers, and located right in the middle of the old city. The flat is comfortable and has everything you would need to self-cater. The internet is fast, and the flat has old world charm. I do hope to return one day, it is really a nice place to stay.

J’ai séjourné chez Isabelle pour raisons professionnelles. La situation de l’appartement est parfaite, proche de toutes les commodités, bus et gare de train à quelques minutes. A deux pas des rues animées de la vieille ville et des lieux touristiques, il est très calme et tranquille. Vaste, chaleureux et très bien équipé vous vous sentez vite chez vous. It Is a great place to stay !!!!!!!! Infront of the flat there Is a nice park, and around it Is the heart of the turistic area of the old part of the City. The appartment is super cozy.

I stayed a month and a half with sunrise and sunset views. Isabel responded to my questions quickly and her team got the place set up for me because I was working on my computer and I needed an office chair. the condo is up to flights of stairs. some things to keep in mind. the condo floor leans a little bit towards the front door the windows are leaky so on very cold days it would be a little bit cold indoors but nothing too bad the kitchen is well stocked and has a cute dishwasher that actually worked better for us than a bigger one since you can run it for smaller loads the internet speeds were high and the connection was very reliable. did not have any issues throughout the 7 weeks of my stay some of the walls between units are Stone and some are drywall and such. you will get some sound leakage from neighbors. this unit has one unit above it and two neighbors on the same floor the shower is very beautifully built, the shower head itself is one of the best I have ever used very high quality. the bathroom has one of the old stone walls to one side
